On October 20, 2022, the opening ceremony of training course of the "Poly Spark Sailing" project was successfully held. Considering the Prevention and Control of COVID-19, the opening ceremony was carried out in a combination of "online+offline". Liu Xianming, deputy head of Wutai County, Wang Junning, deputy head of Wutai County, Jing Xuguang, deputy head of Hequ County, and Chen Weiling, chief accountant of SinoLight International Holding Co., Ltd., addressed the opening ceremony.
